Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

ThanksWater 369 labels are a small-batch printed adhesive product. Once a set has left us we cannot restock, resell or reuse it, so we do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds or exchanges for change of mind — including if you have opened the packet, applied a label, or simply decided the practice is not for you.

Please choose your set carefully before ordering. If you are unsure which design suits you, email us before you buy and we will help.

Before you order

• Twelve labels per set, across three designs.
• Hand wash only — a dishwasher will lift the edges.
• Apply to a clean, dry surface, peeling from the corner and pressing outwards.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect

This is the exception, and it always will be. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email info@thankswater369.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer, including the original delivery charge.

Orders that have not shipped

If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

Lost or undelivered orders

If tracking shows your order was not delivered, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and replace or refund it. Orders marked delivered but reported missing are handled case by case.

EU and UK customers: your statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This right is granted by law, it applies regardless of the terms above, and nothing on this page removes or limits it.

To exercise it, tell us clearly within the 14-day period — email is sufficient. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item was damaged, faulty or incorrect. We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed, using the same payment method you used. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
