Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of thankswater369.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from ThanksWater 369 (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. What we sell

We sell decorative adhesive label sets intended to be applied to drinking glasses, bottles, and pitchers. They are a design and ritual object.

The labels do not treat, filter, purify, structure, ionise, or otherwise alter the water they are applied to, and they are not a medical device. Nothing on this Site is medical advice. If you have a health concern, speak to a qualified healthcare professional.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if we detect fraud, or if a price was listed in error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change at any time before you order. Taxes and delivery charges are calculated at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than supply at that price.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify’s payment processing. We do not store your full card details. By submitting payment information you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

5. Delivery

Delivery timeframes shown on the Site are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Any delivery date displayed at checkout is our good-faith estimate based on typical dispatch and carrier times.

6. Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Consumers in the EU and UK also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, described there.

7. Accuracy of the Site

We try to keep product descriptions, imagery, and availability accurate and current, but we do not warrant that everything on the Site is error-free. Colours may vary between screens and printed product.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text, and images on the Site are owned by ThanksWater 369 or used under licence. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the label artwork without written permission. Buying a label set gives you the physical product, not rights in the design.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to attempt to breach its security, to scrape it at a volume that degrades service, or to submit false information.

10. User content

If you submit a review, photo, or comment, you confirm it is your own and truthful, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it in connection with the product. We may decline or remove content, but we do not edit reviews to change their meaning or sentiment.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
